Charles Kitchens, MD Dr. Kitchens received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. His residency was at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. He has specialized training and expertise in occupational medicine.

Sheila Lederer, PA Sheila Lederer, P.A., joined NorthBay Occupational Health in December. She brings 10 years of experience in evaluating work-related injuries and prescribing treatment to get employees into optimal physical health to return to work.
She earned her physician assistant degree from U.C. Davis in 2004. She has a lifetime of experience in health care, including becoming the first woman emergency medical technician in Nebraska in 1980 and the first woman paramedic at George AFB in San Bernardino County in 1983. She retired from the USAF after 21 years of service. While on active duty she was the solo medical support on several special ops missions, including MIA/POW search teams in Southwest Asia and in the fight against drug trafficking in South American countries.

Gary Hollinger, PA-C Gary earned an Associate of Arts degree from Vernon Regional Junior College in 1989 and earned his certification as a physician assistant from the USAF Physician Assistant Program through the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1993.
He served as a physician’s assistant at the United States Army Academy of Health Sciences, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, where he received additional training in combat casualty care, advanced trauma life support and basic trauma life support.
Gary was a staff physician assistant in the Family Practice Clinic at Nellis Federal Hospital, Nellis AFB, NV, from 1993-96, and at the Primary Care Clinic at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, from 1996 to 2001. He joined NorthBay's Occupational Health Center in September, 2001.
