Is your wound-up child wearing you down?

Take heart. There are a number of strategies you can employ to help both you and your child.ginsberg3

The NorthBay Advanced Medicine Lecture Series presents, “Hope for Parents,” on Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Vacaville. Come hear NorthBay Center for Primary Care Pediatrician Michael Ginsberg, M.D., offer his insights on this disorder that affects nearly 5 percent of children worldwide.
Dr. Ginsberg knows what it’s like for the children who enter his office with a diagnosis of ADHD — Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. That’s because 29 years ago he was that child. And while public school labeled him incorrigible, his parents never gave up on him. He can offer families that same encouragement.

Refreshments are at 5:30 p.m. and the seminar begins at 6 tonight at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 151 Lawrence Drive in Vacaville. The seminar is free, but space is limited. Please RSVP online at, then click on the Events tab, or call (707) 646-3280.
