Judy Yang, DO
As a pediatrician, I care for children from birth to age 18 and look forward to establishing long-term relationships with my patients and their families.
I'm a believer in partnering with and educating parents and caregivers about health promotion and maintenance,to help their children thrive throughout their lifetime. When a child and parent come to see me, I emphasize the importance of starting good habits to maintain lifelong health. We discuss diet, dental care, psychosocial measures and developmental interventions to help your child grow up strong and healthy.
With a background in public health, I am able to contribute to not only keeping the family, but also the community healthy. I speak both English and Spanish.
I have a special focus on chronic problems that impact a child's daily quality of life, especially asthma and allergies. I've had additional training in the management of asthma and allergies, plus I suffer from them myself. I can relate to how my young patients feel. That helps me to direct their treatment to help them function at their best.
