At North Bay Healthcare we strive to provide safe quality care. We want you to have the best possible care and experiences when you utilize any of our facilities. We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns, complaints, or compliments about the quality of care and/or safety in our hospitals (NorthBay Medical Center, NorthBay VacaValley Hospital), clinics, laboratory, home care or hospice services.

While hospitalized or receiving care at any of our facilities we encourage you to report any concerns to your Nurse, Nurse Manager, Department Director, or the Administrative Coordinator (Nursing Supervisor) as we would like to resolve your concerns immediately. You can reach the appropriate person by calling the hospital operator and asking to speak to the manager/director in charge of the unit/clinic in which you are receiving care/services.

A Performance Improvement Coordinator is available to assist you with concerns from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m. and can be reached at (707) 429-7868. A message can be left at this number at any time and the coordinator will return the call at the next business day.
