Free Journey Through Grief Class Starts Tuesday

A few openings remain in NorthBay Healthcare’s eight-week “Journey Through Grief” class, which begins Tuesday night in Fairfield.

Hosted by the NorthBay Bereavement Center, the class will focus on healing and learning about grief.

Each participant must have three months of bereavement before registering for the class, which will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at 4520 business Center Drive, Suite 110.

Each session is facilitated by a grief therapist and is offered free of charge.

This session will run May 17-July 5. Another eight-week session will be offered Sept. 6 through Oct. 25.
