We are all individuals and our personality shines through even in the way we approach food, cooking, shopping, eating and dining out. The decisions we make vary based on our history, our situation, our tastes, our energy level, etc.
Some eating personalities lend themselves to healthy eating. Sometimes our eating personality can sabotage our health goals. With some resources we can learn to improve our choices and reach better health.
