Here’s an at-a-glance of the new NorthBay Health Foundation Board of Directors:
Dennis Landis, a retired Fairfield restaurateur, is chair of the Board. He has been a member for the past 21 years, and remained an active core member throughout its re-imagination phase.
Scott Reynolds will serve as vice chair. He is managing partner of Reynolds Law and has been a Foundation board member since 2003. He also served on the committee of the Solano Wine, Brew & Food Jubilee for many years.
Al Shaw, past president and chairman of the board for the Hofmann Co., is secretary. He has been a member of the Foundation board since 2009 and through the years he, and wife, Patt, have been long-time NorthBay Health supporters. They were presenting sponsors for the Solano Wine, Brew & Food Jubilee for more than a decade, consistently donated live auction items for Open That Bottle Night events, and contributed to the Dream of a Lifetime program. In 2016, the couple donated $5 million to NorthBay to support construction of the North Tower. The Shaw Family Kitchen in the wing was named after them as a point of gratitude.
Bill Fell will serve as treasurer. He is the former owner of Green Valley Ford and is currently in fleet and commercial sales for Fairfield Ford. He has been a board member since 1985, having served as chair for five years. He has been a consistent supporter of the Foundation, not only through his board presence, but he and his wife Annette have also been longtime sponsors of the Solano Wine, Brew & Food Jubilee.
J. Peter Zopfi, D.O., is general surgeon and Trauma Program Medical Director for NorthBay Health. He joined the Foundation Board of Directors in 2003 and was a member of the Foundation board before it went on hiatus.
Mark Villalon, M.D., is a cardiologist/interventional cardiologist for NorthBay Health. He joined NorthBay in 2019 and currently serves as Vice Chief of Staff. His wife, Rachel Villalon, M.D., has been an OB/GYN for NorthBay since 2014.
Keyo Tocchini is President/COO of Before The Movie, a company that produces digital pre-shows that air on movie screens across the United States. Keyo and her husband, Corey, have been long-time supporters of NorthBay’s philanthropic efforts. Corey was a Foundation board member before the hiatus, and for many years the couple have sponsored the Solano Wine, Brew & Food Jubilee, donating time to produce advertisements for the Jubilee to air in local movie theaters.
Sandy Person is executive director, Travis Community Consortium, Solano Economic Development Corporation. Previously she served as president of the Solano Economic Development Corporation. She has served as a board member and past chair of the NorthBay Health Advantage Board since 1998.
Konard Jones will serve on the board as an ex-officio member. In his role as CEO and President for NorthBay Health, Konard also sits on the corporation board, the healthcare group board, and the health advantage board.
