Longtime NorthBay Guild volunteer Pat Dennis was honored as one of 50 of Congressman John Garamendi’s 2019 Women of the Year during a special event Oct. 25 in Woodland. The congressman invites organizations and individuals from all of the eight counties he represents — which includes Solano — to nominate women who have made significant contributions to society through public service, business, education and local advocacy. Pat was nominated by Solano County Supervisor Skip Thomson, who also is a NorthBay Healthcare Foundation board member. He applauded her involvement in the NorthBay Guild, the Vacaville Saturday Club, the Vacaville Museum, and her support for the arts community.
