Tree of Memories Honors Lost Loved Ones

Annual Tradition Set for Dec. 7

The holiday season can be especially difficult to navigate emotionally if you’ve lost a loved one, but honoring cherished memories can be beneficial. NorthBay Hospice’s annual Tree of Memories is a thoughtfully coordinated memorial that offers people a chance to remember and reflect.

The two-hour memorial, set for Dec. 7 at 1 p.m., will be held at NorthBay Healthcare’s Green Valley Administration Center, 4500 Business Center Drive in Fairfield. It includes music, reading of names, and a slide show of photos of loved ones lost.

Paper photographs of loved ones to be included in the slide show should be sent to NorthBay Hospice no later than Nov. 26. Digital images may be submitted by Nov. 30.

The program will also recognizes Pearl Harbor Day and the veterans.

Guests will receive a free ornament to place on the evergreen tree in memory of their loved ones.

A keepsake ornament (top right) will also be available, based on availability, in recognition of a contribution of $20 or more to the NorthBay Hospice program. For information, contact Brenda Boyd at (707) 646-3517.
