Lifetime Achievement Award for Dr. Bronk

James Bronk, M.D., chair of NorthBay Healthcare’s Imaging Department, was awarded a 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Solano County Medical Society.

The Feb. 7 occasion was the Napa and Solano County medical societies’ Annual Awards Gala, where the two organizations also Dr. Bronk poses with Katherine Amacher, M.D., who nominated him for the Solano County Medical Society’s Lifetime Achievement Award.announced new officers and honored several physicians from both counties.

Dr. Bronk has worked in Radiology at NorthBay since 1986, holding several leadership positions not only at NorthBay, but with the Solano County Medical Society, California Radiology Society and the California Medical Association.

“When I heard I had been chosen, my first thought was, ‘isn’t this given to people who are at the end of their careers or have died?’ This award is all the more poignant as I plan on working for several more years and, as far as I know, I am still very much alive,” he quipped.
