The winner of the January #HealthTipTuesday drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card is a NorthBay Healthcare employee who even added some extra encouragement when she commented on a #HealthTipTuesday post last month

Adrienne Lee, an occupational therapist, commented on a post by physical therapist Bob Blakewell that encouraged people to keep their New Year’s exercise resolutions by slowly building up their exercise efforts.

“So True!,” wrote Adrienne. “And don’t beat yourself up if you’re not where you want to be. It takes time!”
