Every year the patient care services team presents a special holiday gift to NorthBay Healthcare’s Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer Traci Duncan and Assistant Vice President of Nursing Rhonda Martin. This year, the group decided to do something different, said Traci. “They very generously decided to donate on our behalf to the victims of the Camp Fire,” said Traci. “This is such a Magnet organization-type of thing to do. I couldn’t be more proud of this group of dedicated professionals.” Rhonda, too, was very pleased with the gift. She said, “Oh my goodness, it is just indescribable what these employees have done for the fire victims. And, it is the epitome of reaching out to others in the community.” The donation of $905 went to California Wildfire Direct Relief in their names.
