Northbay Health is a nonprofit healthcare system serving Northern California. We were founded in 1959 with one goal: to bring accessible, high-quality care closer to the communities between the Bay and the Valley. More than 65 years later, that commitment still drives us as we grow to meet the needs of the region's growing population.

Our story

Northbay Health started as a single, 32-bed community hospital. Since then, we’ve grown into two hospitals and a network of primary and specialty care sites across Solano, Napa and Yolo counties.

Along the way, we’ve expanded our services, invested in new technology and built partnerships that bring national expertise closer to home.

Investing in our region’s future

Healthcare is changing, and so are we. As more care moves to convenient outpatient settings, we're investing in new ways to reach the communities who need it most. Here's how:

• Opening more neighborhood clinics: We’re dedicated to opening more community-based primary care clinics alongside regional centers of excellence for multi-specialty care.
• Strengthening community partnerships: Collaborating with local partners, we’re bringing preventive health screenings and wellness education to our diverse communities.
• Expanding access: With more than $250 million invested over the next several years, we’re reaching more of Northern California.
