Unfortunately, not all Northbay bill statements can be paid through the payment portal. If you received a hospital or physician bill statement unlike the one above, please follow the instructions below.

Payments can also be made over the phone, any clinic or hospital facility. The Patient Financial Services Department (Billing) is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. In-person visits are available by appointment only.
