Helen Pierson

Helen Pierson serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the Northbay Health Foundation Board of Directors, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience in emergency medical services, business operations, and community engagement.

She has spent 37 years with Medic Ambulance, where she serves as CEO, and her expertise in human resources, finance, and business development has helped position the company as the first CAAS-accredited EMS provider in Northern California. A past Board Chair of the California Ambulance Association—the second woman to hold this role in its 75-year history—Helen has been widely recognized for her pioneering leadership in the EMS industry.

Deeply involved in her community, she is a past President of the Vallejo Rotary Club and has served as Board Chair at both Christian Brothers High School and St. Francis High School. Honored as the Solano County Woman of the Year and a recipient of the American Ambulance Association Vanguard Award, Helen exemplifies visionary and service-driven leadership.
