Theresa Hite

Theresa Hite, Chair of the Northbay Health Solano Community Board, brings decades of expertise in real estate management and community leadership. Approaching her 19th year with Northbay, she previously served on the Northbay Health Group Board of Directors.

As President of SUMMiT Properties, she has led a professional firm specializing in the management of residential and commercial properties throughout Northern Solano County. Theresa has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the California Apartment Association and the Vacaville Rotary Club, as well as Vacaville Planning Commissioner. A past Athena Award recipient from the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, she remains deeply committed to advancing the vitality and well-being of Solano County communities.

A licensed real estate broker since 1976 and a rental property owner since 1978, Theresa earned her Certified Property Manager designation from IREM in 1982 and her Accredited Manager of Community Associations credential in 2005.
