Wayne Senalik

Wayne Senalik serves as a member of the Northbay Health Solano Community Board of Directors, bringing extensive leadership experience in business operations, community service, and philanthropy.

A 34-year veteran of Anheuser-Busch Inc., he held management roles across four breweries before serving as Plant Manager of the Fairfield facility for 11 years. During his tenure, Wayne helped secure the company’s largest-ever gift to Northbay Health. He has been an active civic leader, serving on the boards of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, Solano Economic Development Corporation, and Solano Community Foundation, which he helped establish.

Wayne also chaired multiple Northbay Health Foundation events, including the Wine and Food Jubilee and the Northbay Health Gala, and later served as Foundation Chair. A recipient of the K.I. Jones Award and Northbay Health’s prestigious Spirit of Philanthropy Award, he remains deeply committed to advancing the health and vitality of his community.

Wayne is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
