Northbay Healthcare is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of the information you entrust with us. Your use of NorthBayDoc patient portal is governed by the terms of the Northbay Healthcare Patient Privacy Policy.

The Patient Portal provides a view into your healthcare provider's (Provider's) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and allows you to communicate securely with your Provider. The information available for you to view through MyNorthBayDoc Patient Portal is not a comprehensive view of all the data in your Provider's EMR.

You can reset you password on the login page. Click forgot password and follow the instructions.

You are not allowed to use self-enrollment if you are not the patient. You must call to request an invitation.

No. Your MyNorthBayDoc account is specific to your healthcare and is tied only to your medical record.

The message will be sent to your doctor and his/her medical assistant, and you'll receive a response within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Please allow 72 hours for a new prescription. Please note that the response times exclude weekends and holidays.

Most common lab test results will be viewable in MyNorthBayDoc. Some sensitive results are not currently available in MyNorthBayDoc, these include, but are not limited to: sexual disease screenings, HIV, pathology, radiology, microbiology, some cancer markers, some drug screens, alcohol and pregnancy-related results.

Lab result will be delivered into MyNorthBayDoc three days after the lab completed the tests. Please note that some tests take longer to be completed than others.

A number of in-person appointments with your primary care physician can be made on-line including: annual exams (adult, well-woman and child), follow-ups for an established condition, or non-urgent (new condition) appointments can be scheduled online.

Specialty appointments cannot be made online. Please call your specialist directly to schedule your appointment.

Before contacting us, please check your medication label to see if you have refills left. If you have refills, contact your pharmacy directly. If you're out of refills, login to the patient portal and send a message to your provider through secure messaging.
