Keynote speaker Oriana Beaudet.

Oriana Beaudet, DNP, RN, PHN
The Vice President of Nursing Innovation for the American Nurses Association (ANA) Enterprise (ANA, American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the American Nurses Foundation). Beaudet is aligning a strategic framework for the nation’s 4.3 million nurses to engage with and lead innovation across the healthcare ecosystem.

Target Audience: All healthcare professionals interested in exploring the challenge of delivering evidence-based care and attempting to keep pace with the latest recommendations for excellence in clinical practice. Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, free parking, and access to all presentation material.

NorthBay Health is an approved provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 1416 for seven (7) contact hours. A CE certificate will be granted upon completion of the conference.

You’re invited to submit abstracts that demonstrate how new knowledge and innovations, backed by latest evidence, challenge the status quo. Showcase your research, evidence-based practice project, or quality improvement/new innovation that focuses on transforming care to optimize the health care environment and improve clinical outcomes.

Our target audience is registered nurses and interprofessionals from the Solano and Sacramento County, and East Bay and Bay area regions.We would love to include your organization as one of our exhibitors so that participants can learn about how evidence and research is incorporated into the equipment and/or interventions that are used for their patients. Healthcare professionals from diverse roles and disciplines are pivotal in achieving optimal patient outcomes and fostering innovation. This program is dedicated to unraveling the complexities of delivering evidence-based care while navigating uncharted territories in clinical practice. Conference participants will explore the challenges of embracing innovation, venturing into unfamiliar territories, and adapting to the latest advancements in healthcare. They will gain insights into quality improvement (QI), evidence-based practice (EBP), research methodologies, and their role in pioneering transformative clinical practices.

Conference Objectives:

  1. Spark a spirit of innovation among health care professionals. Understand how fostering a spirit of inquiry can lead to innovative healthcare solutions.
  2. Provide strategies to apply evidence in clinical practice and care processes.Identify key strategies for applying evidence in clinical practice.
  3. To share best practices across the regional community. Encourage open discussion and collaboration on best practices across the community.
