Labor of Love Series
Two session childbirth course for expectant moms, dads or coaches; register in fourth month of pregnancy or earlier.

Expectant parents are instructed on daily care, nutrition, safety and development for the first few months of life. One-session course.

Breastfeeding the Baby-Friendly Way
Babies are born to breastfeed! Learn normal newborn behavior and what to expect from a lactation expert. We will explore comfortable positions, common problems, and give you the tools necessary to meet your breastfeeding goals. This will be a fun and interactive class. Support persons are encouraged and welcomed.

Maternity Orientation and Tour
Come tour the Labor and Delivery Unit in-person and meet the staff. Tours will be offered on the following Sundays at 4pm:
