Comments or Concerns?

We Want to Hear From You!

NorthBay Healthcare is committed to providing quality, safe patient care. We aim to exceed your expectations and want you to have the best possible care and experiences when you use any of our services. We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns, complaints or compliments about the quality of care and/or safety in our hospitals (NorthBay Medical Center, NorthBay VacaValley Hospital), clinics, laboratory, or home care services.

If at any time, you or someone you know has concerns about patient safety or the quality of care being provided to a loved one, NorthBay wants to hear about it.  While hospitalized or receiving care at any of our facilities we encourage you to report any concerns to your Nurse, Clinical Manager/Director, Clinic Manager, or the Administrative Coordinator (Nursing Supervisor) so we can address your concerns immediately. You can reach the appropriate person by calling the hospital operator and asking to speak to the manager or director in charge of the unit or clinic in which you are receiving care.

If you feel your concerns were not fully addressed by the clinical staff, you may report your unresolved concerns by contacting the Quality Division at (707) 646-4282, or by mailing your concerns to:
