Come April 5, 2019, NorthBay Healthcare will be transitioning to a new billing and payment system featuring simpler billing statements with easy-to-follow summaries and online bill payment technology — making it easy for our patients to track, manage and pay their health care expenses.

Unfortunately, not all NorthBay bill statements can be paid through the new payment portal at this time as we transition away from our old payment vendor. We appreciate your patience as we work to get all our statements available for online bill pay.

Payments can also be made over the phone or at either hospital campus. The Patient Financial Services Office (Billing) is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is located at 4500 Business Center Drive in Fairfield (Green Valley area).
