Welcome to Graduate Medical Education (GME) at Northbay Health

As we grow into a regional health system, we remain grounded in the personal connections that have always defined who we are and how we serve our communities. Some of the most meaningful learning happens where medicine meets the people behind the care: the patients and communities who give purpose to our work. Here, you’ll learn alongside skilled clinicians and committed teachers who invest in your growth, challenge you to think critically, and model the kind of physician you aspire to become.

Our commitment to GME is rooted in our commitment to our community. You’ll care for patients throughout Solano County and the surrounding region: building relationships with people whose stories, experiences, and needs shape every encounter. That connection to patients and community will ultimately influence the physician you become.

Our Internal Medicine Residency is the first program within Northbay Health’s growing GME enterprise and an important step in our broader academic mission. As we build and expand our medical education programs, we are creating a learning environment where physicians can develop their skills and contribute to the future of health care.

We’re excited to welcome you to Northbay Health and to be part of your journey as you prepare to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients and communities you serve.
