NorthBay Health, a leading healthcare system providing advanced and compassionate care to address critical, unmet healthcare needs throughout California’s North Bay, proudly welcomes Larry Trilops in the new role of Chief Strategy Officer.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Trilops will play a pivotal role in determining NorthBay’s strategic direction and advancing their commitment to enhancing citizens’ access to much-needed medical services. These initiatives and Trilops’ leadership will be instrumental to solidifying NorthBay’s position as the region’s healthcare provider of choice by 2030.

“We are entering into a new chapter for NorthBay by bringing the high quality care we currently deliver into new communities. In addition, we have the opportunity to expand the portfolio of services that we offer and are currently being sought after by patients and consumers,” said Larry Trilops, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at NorthBay Health. “I am thrilled to join this dynamic and skilled team and look forward to supporting NorthBay as they continue to grow and serve this vibrant community.”

This includes significant contributions and roles at the executive level where his focus has been on advancing services to maintain consumer focus, competitiveness, and viability. His experience spans various settings within the healthcare system, giving him a unique perspective on strategic and operational responsibilities. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from King’s College.

“As an organization, we have made significant investments over the last several months to expand our geographic footprint and increase access to care,” said Mark Behl, Chief Executive Officer of NorthBay Health. “Building on this positive momentum, we are confident that Larry’s industry knowledge and commitment to the patient experience will further accelerate our growth trajectory and help us deliver more effective and quality medical services to the residents of Solano County.”
