NorthBay Health Named Official Healthcare Partner of Napa Pride 2026
Today, NorthBay Health is proud to announce its partnership with Napa Pride as the Official Healthcare Partner of the annual celebration, reinforcing a shared commitment to health equity, inclusion and the well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals and families throughout Napa County and all communities we serve.
Napa Pride's 2026 theme is Love Out Loud – a celebration and invitation to create spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals, and their families, friends, and allies can experience belonging and community. Through this partnership, NorthBay Health will support Napa Pride events and community engagement efforts while helping raise awareness about health resources, wellness services, and the importance of equitable access to care.

NorthBay Health’s commitment to inclusive care extends beyond Pride Month. Team members across the organization participate in annual training focused on providing respectful, affirming care to LGBTQ+ patients, and NorthBay Health actively works to build a diverse workforce that reflects the communities it serves.
This year’s Napa Pride celebration, presented in partnership with the Queer Leaders Coalition and the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation, will take place June 7-20 with two weeks of inclusive events across Napa County.
Since its founding in 2003, Napa Pride continues to serve as an important platform for fostering inclusion and celebrating the diverse voices that make the Napa Valley community stronger. NorthBay Health’s sponsorship reflects the organization’s broader mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities it serves — both inside and outside clinical settings.
