NorthBay Bereavement services offer individuals an opportunity to connect with others, share their stories and experiences, and gain understanding of the grief process. For your health and safety, all support groups are currently offered online via Zoom.
Our offered seminars and support groups are for people of all ages and free of charge to anyone in Solano County who seeks it. No prior association with the NorthBay Hospice program is required.
Journey Through Grief (Online, via Zoom)
An 10-week series focused on healing and learning about grief. Each participant must have been bereaved or in mourning for three months or more prior to start of the class series. Each session is facilitated by a grief therapist and is offered free of charge to residents of Solano County. Space is limited, so please call to reserve a seat at the next series.
When: Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (ongoing).
Cost: Free.

Adult Grief Group (Online, via Zoom)
NorthBay Hospice and Bereavement is offering a free grief support group to adults who have lost a loved one to death. Participants may register by contacting the Bereavement office, (707) 646-3517. In order to receive the Zoom link & passcode required to attend the group, participants need to provide their email address. There is no obligation to attend every week, but registration is required for each date the participant plans to attend
When: 2nd/4th Tuesdays at 10 am Starting March 8, 2022 (ongoing).

Youth Grief Group (Online, via Zoom)
NorthBay Hospice and Bereavement is offering a free youth grief support group, for those between the ages of 12 and 17 years old, who have lost a loved one to death and need extra support. Parents/Guardians may register their child to participate in the group by contacting the Bereavement office, (707) 646-3517. In order to receive the Zoom link & passcode required to attend the group, participants need to provide their email address. There is no obligation to attend every week, but registration is required for each date the participant plans to attend.
When: 2nd/4th Thursday at 4 PM, starting on March 10, 2022 (ongoing).
