As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Joseph D’Angina leads NorthBay Health’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring the organization’s resources are aligned to sustain quality care and community impact.
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations, Joe has guided organizations through growth and transformation, earning a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and mission-driven leadership. Before joining NorthBay Health in 2023, he held senior executive roles at UCSF Health, Dignity Health (now part of CommonSpirit Health), Kaiser Permanente, and Sutter Health, where he championed initiatives that strengthened both financial performance and patient-centered care.
Deeply rooted in the communities NorthBay Health serves, he is passionate about ensuring financial stewardship that supports access to exceptional healthcare for all. His leadership philosophy centers on partnership, transparency and a shared commitment to NorthBay Health’s mission of delivering compassionate care close to home.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics.
