Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, Larry Trilops leads NorthBay Health’s enterprise strategy, business development, and real estate initiatives, guiding the organization’s growth and long-term vision. With over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, he has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing innovative programs, and positioning healthcare systems for sustainable success.
Before joining NorthBay Health, Larry served as CEO and Managing Director of Square Up Executive Search and Healthcare Advisors, as well as Senior Vice President and CEO of Networks for Renown Health, where he advanced integrated care delivery and network expansion. His earlier leadership roles at University Medical Center in Las Vegas and Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas further shaped his expertise in ambulatory operations and strategic innovation.
A former board President of CareChest of the Sierra Nevada, he is recognized for his collaborative approach, visionary thinking, and commitment to developing strategies that enhance NorthBay Health’s mission and community impact.
Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from King’s College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dallas.
