Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Sukhwinder (Sue) Bajwa leads NorthBay Health’s legal strategy and operations, serving as chief advisor to the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and operational teams on all legal, regulatory and risk-related matters. In this role, she oversees litigation management, contractual strategy, and compliance efforts that ensure the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability are safeguarded.
Before joining NorthBay Health, she was a partner at Galloway, Lucchese, Everson & Picchi, where she represented healthcare clients and organizations in complex legal and regulatory matters. With extensive experience navigating the intersection of law, business and healthcare, Sue is known for her pragmatic counsel, strategic insight, and steady leadership in high-stakes decision-making.
Committed to operational excellence and innovation, she is advancing new systems and technologies to enhance NorthBay’s legal operations and support its mission of delivering safe, high-quality and compassionate care to the community.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and pre-law and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
