NorthBay Health is primarily an on-site organization because of the hands-on nature of health care. However, we do offer hybrid and remote opportunities for some roles where the work can be performed off-site.
- To find them, type “remote” in the search field on the NorthBay Health Careers Site.
- These roles are open to candidates located within the continental United States.
- Please note: Due to state-specific employment requirements and workers’ compensation regulations, we are unable to support remote workn the following locations:
- Washington
- Ohio
- Wyoming
- North Dakota
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
NorthBay Health uses a step range compensation structure for staff-level positions.
We post salary ranges for Steps 1–5 based on years of directly related experience. For example, Step 5 corresponds to a candidate with 20 or more years of experience in the position they applied for.
This structure ensures fairness, consistency, and equity in how we compensate our team members.
Leadership positions (Manager level and upwards) pay ranges are listed annual salary ranges and are bonus eligible.
All staff positions require an assessment during the application process.
- If you haven’t completed NorthBay’s staff assessment in the past 12 months, you’ll be prompted to do so.
- If you already completed it within the past year, you don’t need to retake it.
All leadership positions require an additional assessment. These are sent personally to candidates who are selected to move forward in the interview process.
How to log back in and complete the staff assessment:
- Go to the NorthBay Health Careers Site.
- Click the person icon in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address.
- A verification code will be sent to your email.
Tip: For the best experience, use Chrome on a desktop and clear your cache/cookies first.
