Our Napa location is led by Michael Novak, M.D., who brings more than 20 years of family medicine expertise to the clinic. Dr. Novak believes in getting to know every patient throughout the continuum of care to form a partnership where health goals and plans are developed together.

Dr. Michael Novak has always loved science and saw medicine as a way to use that knowledge to help others. He was also inspired by his family. Both his father and grandfather were physicians, making him a third-generation doctor.
Patients know Dr. Novak as a kind, caring and compassionate physician who follows through on patients’ every concern. He takes pride in providing thoughtful, thorough care during visits, and approaches each concern with focus, attention and expertise. His care philosophy centers on treating every patient with dignity, respect and compassion, while staying up to date with the latest medical knowledge to provide the best care possible.
