Our one-year Administrative Residency program is designed for high-potential, emerging professionals who are ready to make an impact in healthcare.
Throughout the one-year program, you will have opportunities to:

Who should apply
Northbay Health is seeking recent graduates with a Master of Health Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or related graduate degree who are passionate about healthcare, leadership, innovation and organizational excellence.
You may be a good fit for the program if you demonstrate:
- A recently completed or anticipated MBA, MHA or related graduate degree in 2027
- Strong leadership potential
